We're currently recruiting an enthusiastic, results-driven Appointment Setter / Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support an innovative technology and AI company.

You'll work directly with an international sales team, helping generate opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline.

What You'll Do

• Make outbound calls to potential customers.

• Identify and qualify prospects based on their needs.

• Schedule qualified appointments for Account Executives.

• Handle objections professionally and confidently.

• Follow up with leads through calls, email, and other channels.

• Update CRM records and maintain an organized sales pipeline.

• Track daily activities, appointments, and conversion rates.

• Collaborate with the sales team to improve outreach strategies.

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Strong spoken and written English (B2–C1 or higher preferred).

• Experience in cold calling, appointment setting, SDR, or outbound sales.

• Excellent communication, persuasion, and active listening skills.

• Confidence handling objections and engaging potential clients.

• Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently.

• Availability to work full-time during U.S. business hours.

• Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote workspace.

Nice to Have:

• Experience selling to U.S. customers.

• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.

• Experience in B2B sales, SaaS, technology, or AI-related industries.

• A proven track record of booking qualified sales appointments.
